LaunchControl.ae is a concierge service that connects customers with supercar rental companies in Dubai. We are not a rental company ourselves.

Our role is limited to:

Providing information about available vehicles
Matching your preferences with suitable rental partners
Facilitating introductions between you and rental partners

All rental agreements are made directly between you and the rental partner. We are not a party to any rental contract.

3. No Rental Guarantee

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle, pricing, or rental terms. Vehicle availability, pricing, and rental conditions are determined solely by our rental partners and may change without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in the quiz and communications
Be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required by rental partners)
Hold a valid driving license accepted in the UAE
Deal directly with rental partners for all booking and rental matters
Conduct your own due diligence before entering any rental agreement

5. Partner Relationships

We vet our rental partners to maintain quality standards, but we do not control their operations, vehicles, or services. Each rental partner operates independently and sets their own:

Pricing and fees
Rental terms and conditions
Insurance and liability coverage
Vehicle maintenance standards
Customer service policies

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchControl.ae shall not be liable for any:

Actions or omissions of rental partners
Vehicle condition, performance, or safety
Accidents, injuries, or property damage
Disputes between you and rental partners
Loss of deposits or other financial disputes
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to LaunchControl.ae.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LaunchControl.ae or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Website Accuracy

While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that the content on our website is complete, reliable, or current. Vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability shown are for informational purposes only and should be verified with rental partners.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchControl.ae, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
